Patrick O’Quinn is a Managing Director of Consensus and leads the emerging brands business for the firm. His work focuses on growth capital, strategic advisory, and M&A for rising consumer companies. Representative clients are high-growth, high-potential brands.

Mr. O’Quinn also leads the Great Brands program, a showcase for growing consumer and retail companies. The program culminates in an annual conference in New York, and its participants have included some of the most respected brands and executives in the emerging consumer space.

Mr. O’Quinn is a member of the board of directors of Next Level, an investment firm for consumer brand startups. He is also a member of the board of directors of Alps & Meters, a luxury alpine sportswear company.

Before Consensus, Mr. O’Quinn worked for a number of public and private companies, including private-equity backed businesses, as senior legal counsel and a member of the company’s executive team, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory.

Mr. O’Quinn holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business, a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, and a Bachelor of Science from Babson College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and captained the baseball team. Mr. O’Quinn is a member of the Massachusetts Bar (attorneys) and is FINRA Series 79 and 63 certified.
